AI Receptionist Pricing Calculator

Internal tool: what the client pays, what it costs me, and which AI plan is cheapest. All amounts in USD. Everything updates as you type.

Profit /mo Margin Revenue Cost
1. What the client pays
Off by default: this client pays by barter / service credit. When on, uses a standard processor model (default 2.9% + $0.30): percentage of monthly client revenue (plan + overage + packs), plus flat fee × charges/month. Setup recovery also subtracts one charge on the one-time setup fee (2.9% + $0.30).
2. Prepaid minute packs

Up to 4 packs. Pack minutes bought this month are added to the client's available minutes before any minute overage is charged. My cost for a pack = pack minutes × my all-in pay-per-use voice cost per minute (engine + voice + LLM + carrier).

3. Usage this month
4. My costs (estimates)

These are estimates of my vendor costs. Adjust to match real invoices.

Picking a provider fills the voice cost below. Editing the value switches to Custom.
5. Compare the three options

Assumption: the "Voice AI minutes" included in Growth and Unlimited cover the AI part of a call (engine + voice + LLM). Carrier cost per minute, phone number / A2P, and SMS still apply to every option. Revenue is the same for all three options; only my cost changes.

6. Break-even points

Computed live. Minutes are searched in whole minutes; all other usage (texts, AI replies, packs) is held at current values.

7. Profit chart & live compare (0–2,000 minutes)

My monthly profit for each option as minutes used changes, using all current inputs (including minute overage revenue and packs). The panel edits the same plan / setup fields as section 1 — change either place and both update.

7b. Cost vs. revenue by usage

My total monthly cost for each option next to the client's revenue, at usage levels from 0 to 2,000 minutes plus current usage. Uses all current inputs (overage, packs, texts, AI replies). Any bar where my cost is higher than revenue turns red.
